Moon Unit is a six piece experimental project from Zagreb, Croatia, dedicated to reckless exploration of uncharted territories by fusing various influences and genres into original sounding pieces. Since its inception, the band has released two EPs: "..of cardboard towns and tiny screams" (2015), "Shrimp Cocktails" (2017); singles "Velocirapture" and "Ensign 4 Life" (2020) and LP "Differences in Language and Lifestyle" (2021).
Coming from an underground black market filled with strange mammals, oddly shaped vegetables and elderly store owners, where strange sounds of old german cars and delivery vans inspire you to make music like this. Improbable stories, dubious sound palette and songs that are way too long and hard to memorize properly, all this and more, coming soon in our debut album “Differences in Language and Lifestyle”.
